Now that the server is partially open and there's so many channels compared to before, there's a lot of channels to moderate. And, by looking at previous incidents, the response time from the staff was rather slow and sometimes completely absent, and that was when only 2-3 channels were open. This time, the server is way bigger, so there's a lot of stuff to moderate and clearly not enough people.

My suggestion would be to either give some sort of "Helper" role to a very select group of trustworthy users, so they can at least do something when the chats are unsupervised by the staff, or directly opening the Mod Applications, so new people can join the staff and have the server under control in certain timezones.

Response: Mod in Training, with way less permits. Only remove messages and maybe mute people for a short time. No actual permits or access to staff chats.

The Voice corner channels were previously deleted because they weren't enough people to moderate but now we have the incoming technical test , more people got joined and rules were put to place. I think it's a right timing to bring back voice channels now.

Personally I'm biased towards some sort of lavender or pastel pink. But in my own servers, I generally go with something like a light brown.
