my last two sessions i received 3 - 5 within 20 total seconds of refreshing

so 20 seconds of refreshing to fully complete deliveries for the entire day

My frame rate has tanked post patch, if I change graphics settings to force Shader recompiling, it works great for a little bit, then back to horrible frame rates, Android, Pixel 10 Pro XL

let's go a bit complex but while you can keep your data:
format a partition on your drive, copy the datas to the partition. While reinstallation, delete ONLY partitions you do not use to store important stuffs (like the windows partition, the Mb-size partition need deletio ), and install windows there

So firstly: Seems like there is a newer Graphics Driver released. I will still post my response Now, but i will also download the new one and see if the Visual Bug is still there afterwards.
Actual Game Driver: 595.97 (NVIDIA)

I posted my In-Game settings aswell. Note: I did not play around too much with them, to see if the problem is solved by any of them, but i did switch from "Image Enhancement" to "TAAU" just to see if it may be a DLAA problem. It was not.
Also, Resolution i used for those Settings Screenshots was 1080p, to keep the image size down. I actually play in a Higher Resolution. Tested out different Resolutions to see if that may be the Problem, but nope, the Visual Bug persists on all Resolutions.

The Location is at the Old Dorms at the Power Plateau (the Ruins near the Red Bolete gathering spot).

Additional Information: From certain angles and positions, those Godrays are invisible or reduced (Should be seen in Screenshot 10 where i walked down into the Ruins)

thats not a long term solution nor is the reason region swap option is implemented for tbh. i had more easy access to wuling deliveries before the region based classification was implemented. we need the situation to be better coz each person can only throw back one 1 delivery but each person need 3 deliveries, either let valley 4 bills convert to wuling bills or provide more npc deliveries in delivery option

idk if this is the right channel, but am i the only one experiencing severe overheating on my phone since this new update dropped? lowk have never seen my current phone hit 48c before with a cooler attached
im forced to keep my settings at 30 fps and medium preset even though i was previously able to run 45-60 fps at high-very high settings depending on whether or not i have my cooler with me
i have a dimensity 9500 soc with 16gb ram for reference

yeah thoughts so, like this is a 3-4k pc, 9070 xt, 9950x3d, x870, 32gb ram, 4tb storage and 120 fps requires more, as of rn for me 60 fps uses 5-10% cpu and 20% gpu while 120 fps is 10-20% cpu and 40-50% gpu, doesnt feel like thats laggy, overheating or anything, cpus chilling at 50-60 degree and gpus like less then 50
