I play on mobile. Every time I try to do a quest and it requires dialogue, when loading the dialogue cutscenes, the screen goes black and it just exists out of the game. For example, just a simple mission (tainted waters) will do it.

Everything else runs fine. I have plenty of storage, my graphics are on "very low", and everything is updated. Help

It could, if:

1. Gryphline have not perfectly mapped the engine's SSR data to the DLSS algorithm, the temporal denoising process will break down, leaving you with grainy, pixelated reflections.
2. DLSS got confused by motion vectors (due to not being heavily custom-tuned by Gryphline like they did with TAAU).

Ironically, DLSS being generally much better at resolving fine detail and sharpening the image than TAAU can make the low-resolution, blocky nature of the base SSR pass more obvious. TAAU tends to be blurrier overall, which effectively acts as a vaseline filter that hides the underlying SSR noise.

Could be true, or might be due to these:

1. DLSS (an AI) sees the raw, grainy SSR pass, misidentifies it as just junk noise rather than an unresolved reflection, and aggressively scrubs and blends those pixels together, turning what should be a sharp reflection into a smeared, muddy puddle.
2. Gryphline failed to route reactive masks to DLSS correctly.
3. DLSS's jitter sequnce is not perfectly synchronized with the engine's SSR rendering, due it overriding the engine's camera jitter with its own proprietary sequence. This desynchronization can cause the reflection samples to misalign from frame to frame, completely destroying the sharpness of the reflection.

Performance have been bad since the first time i played but got better after moved the game file to SSD. The game will always "not responding" for a while after launch

32 gigs ram, intel core ultra 7. I think the worst part of my spec is the intel arc 140v gpu but it cant be that bad
