I think by the end of 1.3 I can have every character 90 maxed out if I want.

Very nice yeah I don't have anything saved like you. But that's the way I like to play it in games like these. I have always worked on the mentality that saved resources are wasted resources. So I literally only save in advance of a new character releasing. Then go broke once they're built all over again. As for P5'ing everyone's weapon I'm playing the longer game on that one. I want my 6* off-banner pulls to mean something. So if I just max them all straight away 50-50 losses will feel worse.
