Though Ember will probably end up dealing more damage because of her built-in atk% buff

Funny enough, Ember and Catcher have the same base Str stat

But Ember has 23 more base atk

So considering same weapon, same level, and same talent level, even though Ember has a lower multiplier she will deal more damage. But Catcher does spend less SP which is much better utility

like endfield doesn't have a whole lot of useful options for building a character out for different things. Each team build only has a couple of options gear wise that are "viable" when you are talking about maxing dmg/kill times

with variable stats you can have 5 sets of the same gear all capable of doing seperate things

i would love to run a crit build LR and play with that but in doing so i would suffer from main stat loss and cryo dmg loss because that gear was not designed to run with her.

I think Im missing something here. Art bursts happen when I stack the same element on enemies, it says when I apply an infliction of the same element or art, this will trigger an art burst, dealing more arts damage of said element so I tested it with perlica in basic training.
The first time I use her bs to apply electric infliction, it deals 360 damage. The second time also deals 360 damage and triggers the art burst. I thought the second time the damage should be increased?

• it's a joke. detonation unit is very good.
• detonation unit: it's a weapon. enemy takes more damage after you trigger an arts burst on them.
• but the fact that arts burst is delayed for, half a second, means you don't get the debuff immediately. so sometimes, when you apply the infliction right before consuming it, your hit won't get detonation unit's buff, because arts burst hasn't happened yet
