I found those 2 teams that seem to be relatively strong with estella as onfield dps:

solidification: estella - gilberta - chen - endmin
solidification: estella - gilberta - chen - pog

They clear lv 90 Rhod in 39s - 70s.

Everyone damage test runs the same weapons:
Estella: OBJ Razorhorn
Gilb: Stanza
Pog: Thermite / Endmin: Grand Vision

But on Chen's weapon it's really different:
Some run Grand Vision, some Sundering Steel.
Why does nobody run Glorious Memory?

So at Pot 5 Arclight only need to consume electricfication twice with her battle skill to trigger her talent there for we will wait until our burst rotation to consume it second time. Now is our repeatable rotation. Fangyi final strike, Perlica combo, Arclight combo , Perlica battle skill, Fangyi final strike again then combo, Arclight combo , Fangyi battle skill, Arclight combo and Alesh combo. Repeat until the boss is 80% stagger. Arclight will use her Ult , wait for it to trigger electricfication then Arclight combo, Fangyi combo, Arclight combo, fangyi battle skill which at this point you will have enough Ult energy for Fangyi. Fangyi final strike into perlica combo and Arclight combo. Use perlica Ultimate if the boss isn't stagger then Fangyi finisher , Fangyi Ult and Arclight battle skill. Loop Fangyi battle skill into fangyi final strike into combo , use Arclight aand Alesh combo when ever ready. Perlica should only use combo after Fangyi consume electricfication with her battle skill during the Ult so you can stack electricfication for next combo skill and not override the old one.

I actually think with this being a extended patch. There's a possibility I might max out everyone except the trash tier characters like Catcher in this patch cycle. It's only really Chen / Alesh / Antal / Avy that really have much of a use case in this meta remaining to build.

I legitimately think come the end of 1.3-1.4 for a lot of big spenders. There will be nothing to invest your sanity into going forward outside of essences. As the BP / Events give you enough materials to build newly released character. I'm starting to think the game doesn't have enough sanity dumps. Sure your average low spender / F2P is nowhere near that point yet. But if whales are getting to that point in 2-3 patch cycles. I reckon low spenders will be at that point in about 6-7.
