Yvonne shatter is a thing now? 
Shatter as a team really lacks vertical investment. It plateaus really early, earlier than other teams do, but then falls off relative to them equally as fast.
Then when you consider alternative teams like Yvonne Shatter, which are worse than baseline shatter, it just aggravates the issues shatter has more by playing worse, performing worse, being more expensive, etc.
Regardless of that the game is currently piss easy so you can use any team you want, but this is a theorycrafting channel not the help or teambuild channel so advice is skewed to optimal stuff not playable stuff

What is stronger, when a supporter is giving your dps a 10% damage buff or if they apply a debuff to the enemy where they take 10% more damage because i am pretty sure that there is a difference
it depends on what else you already have going on
assuming no other buffs or debuffs they are identical
whichever one you have less of is stronger (usually the debuff)
if you already have a bunch of one then the other will be better
its not universal that having more of one makes the other better
but the more you have of one type of debuff/buff the more you need to gain in order to match a lower amount of another type of buff/debuff
buffs / debuffs of the same type are additive
buffs / debuffs of different types are multiplicative
maximising damage tends to involve accessing as many unique buff/debuffs as possible to access as many multiplicative zones as possible.
Exceptions exist where you can access a large amount of one type and the raw amount beats the opportunity cost of going into another zone, or when the unit gets specific additional advantage from one zone (e.g. Last Rite with Susceptibility)

After some testing for Arclight DPS team, I feel like Arclight/Perlica/Akekuri/Antal is way better
Antal uses way less SP and also more consistent lvl 4 electrification (due to Antal applying 1 extra fire stack with his combo while saving up more from less usage of Akekuri’s bs for it) (also electrification amp and free susceptibility)
By all means, main dps battery, but holy shit Ardelia is eating through SP each cycle with how I used it (also strict timings for it too)

Yeah, probably won't be an optimal setup with LR. We'll likely be able to ungabunga the content for some time as long as everything is invested anyway. LR just feels clunky.
Tang/Xai/Perl/Ardelia could be a decent alternative but likely not as effective

because i didn't build a second team
I spend 1 mil per day currently, and I still have 2 6* operators to get to lvl 80 and lvl 9 skills
And all other 4/5* operators are untouched
Im at 1m and built only 1 team 💀

At least endgame is doable with unoptimised teams and unartificed gears
Else I would have maxed 1 team first

Been theorycrafting Rossi in my head and want to see if it makes sense or if I'm crazy:
Team: Rossi, Wulfgard, Gilberta, Crusher/Breacher
Main rotation:
Gilberta succ, wait for succ to explode for nature infliction
-> Wuldgard likes explosions, so he throws a grenade for combustion
-> Combustion triggers Gilberta, flips everyone up
After people fall down, Gilberta starts second succ
The succ -> lift -> succ allows Rossi time to do a bunch of basic attacks, enough time for 2 final attacks for SP
When second succ explodes, enemy should have 1 vulnerable and 1 nature
-> Rossi does 2 part combo, enemy has 3 vulnerable and 0 arts infliction
-> Rossi does enhanced battle skill, bringing to 4 vulnerable and the claw mark debuff
This takes 300 SP for 4 stacks of vulnerable, which allows Crusher/Breacher to do their thing, or lead to ult sequence:
For ults (can be done at 4 vulnerable stacks to maximize Gilberta's ult buff)
Gilberta starts Ult to apply lift + nature infliction
-> Wulfgard throws grenade to trigger combustion
-> Wulfgard consumes combustion to amp arts damage
-> Wulfgard ult to apply combustion again
-> Rossi battle skill to apply clawmark thing
-> Rossi ult for maximum combustion + clawmark + Wulfgard + Gilberta amps

look pretty typical for rossi hybrid stuff if you want to play it
I'm struggling to figure out what to do if Wulfgard's grenade/Gilberta's Lift is on cooldown, 19 seconds seems like a long time to wait

if rossi's damage is largely on her ult that sounds very difficult to build around
if it's mostly on her ult it gets a lot easier to work with her
since she becomes a (worse at buffing, potentially better at dps) perlica

its gonna be hard to make her good at all lol
