OK so the real reason I chose to run full recharge on Lifeng is because when when you're farming/exploring/spending sanity, you're not just doing rotations. I want my ult to be up as often as possible between fights. Extra physical damage is expendable. When I go fight bosses or do speedrun, then I'll worry about doing 2k more damage with my Lifeng battle skill or whatever.
