It's after her Ultimate. She's played by relying on her Ultimate's debuffs and nothing else. Using her combo skill as you get it and her Battle Skill only when grouping is highly incentivized.
Laeva's Enhanced Battle Skill can fit within that frame but unless she's killing the enemy almost entirely within that short 5 second window of Gilberta Ultimate's debuff duration then other supports pretty vastly outpace her the grand majority of the time

That stage is the harder stage of the set, but when I've played it I was able to pretty easily kill the purple blobs even without using her Ultimate, especially after they allow you stack up Sunderblades by only spawning blue blobs at first

This is what I tell others that ask how to play her:
If you need to charge ult, make sure enemy have Electric Infliction so you can proc Perlica's Combo Skill before procing Fangyi's Combo Skill (use Perlica Battle Skill if they don't have infliction) then use Fangyi Battle Skill. Do this 3 times and you'll get Fangyi Ultimate up.
