I disabled all of my operators so that they'd all rest. When everyone is at 100% I put operators on everything but the control nexus to work. Then after about 12 hrs I put operators in the control nexus. This is so the control nexus guys are still working when everyone else starts resting and when they get back to work the control nexus guys go on their break

the solution was to put the packaging unit into the center not to the side, which makes space for the plant parts to be in an L shape in the sides

second issue is carbon gets shredded into two carbon powder, but your carbon shredders only have enough belts to transport of one

you used sandleaf to make carbon, but sandleaf takes 3 big machines to make and gives you 1 carbon
wuling plants can be made with only 2 machines and give 2 carbon when refined
anyways i hope this adds more clarity
i covered one the lines and marked the different sections in different colors
red is jincao into carbon powder, yellow is sandleaf into sandleaf dust, and then the grinders combine them into black line which is dense carbon powder into stabilized carbon into the forge

one tip for future production lines, a belt can carry 0.5 items per seconds
if you look at recipes, you can use that to calculate how many belts youll need to transfer items out and into a machine
for example carbon into a shredder produces 2 items every 2 seconds aka 1 item every seconds so youll need two belts to get all the carbon powder out of the shredder

honestly for starters i would not weave them into each other cos thats makes figuring out whats going on a bit more painfull
for the batteries, you are running on a suboptimal ratio. you are supplying half the xiranite it needs but only a third of the cubes
meanwhile your components have the opposite issue. you are matching its needs for origpyramids fully, but only supply a fourth of the xiranite it needs
which is why that entire section is clogged up
(although for components i dont think you really want to have 100% production uptime anyways, cos you really only need like 3000 a week)
People used item control ports and just changed them to create a pixel grid

2 splitter: 1/41/4 of the xiranite is going towards components,
so 3/4 of the xiranite is going towards making batteries.
The production of batteries made by this unit is gated by the DOPs, while the xiranite overflows,
since xiranites efficiency (3/4 or 75%)is higher than DOPs(2/3 or 67%).

The gear unit:
- It needs 2 lines of "Packed Origocrust(PO)" and 2 lines of xiranite for 100% efficiency.
- But in the screenshot, it only has 1 line of PO and 1/4 of xiranite feeding it.
So, the unit is working at 25% efficiency. - (This is because you can only buy 60 artifices a week, and that is 3k components, so 1 component/min is more than enough,
since u make 10k in a week)

If those are the ratios you were aiming for, I'd recommend removing one of the Grinding Units for the Xiranite Components and directing the Originium Dust from it to the left over Grinding Unit instead.

- sandleaf powder
u dont even need to actively farm,
with a fully optimised factory, u get some extras
i thought the ones with minimal value would be tough to max it
they do have less points, but ud have enough for 3 deliveries
but ig it just depends on ur factory's layout
sandleaf shreds into 3 dust so it's the fastest to produce, doesn't use any important resources, and doesnt need unloaders
and yeah max weight for all deliveries won't expend your inventory of em
not to mention you likely have production lines with excess dust anyway
anyone have an optimized blueprint for the quintuple reactor cruicble heavy oil + doped ferrium dust for lvl 2 batteries for 1.1?

@tiny wind you can go up until 18 HC batteries (constant) + 18 Buck/Citrome A for the main things
so you can still improve that yeah
for the transfer, once you are lvl 12 development in valley, you unlocked Metastorage (which is a different type of transfer, that doesn't consume your resources, juste 'create' it from thin air)

basically the same way you do basic transfer (so you need to cancel it to redo it), but you need to select the "metastorage" option
oh what did you mean by optimize jincao prod?
it's cuz wuling only has 90/min max ferrium yield, +25/min with ferrium metastorage for an effective 115/min yield (tho it won't reflect in your AIC report)
but juice/syringe production line at 100% efficiency uses 4 ferrium unloaders (120/min usage) so you're gonna be at a 5/min ferrium deficit
so people usually slightly reduce efficiency to not deplete depot ferrium
yeah, I'm not looking to tranfer any from valley 4. By optimize I just mean a jincao prod line that works well π€·ββοΈ
then yeah, if you don't wanna be at a deficit and have to transfer ferrium every week, run 2 unloaders spitting out 5.5/6 ferrium (one on parts and one on bottles)
otherwise if you don't wanna bother with splitter math, just split 1 unloader output 50/50 to send 1/2 back to a loader
or a third option, if you absolutely don't wanna split anything, use just 3 unloaders for the production line
