I had this issue before Christmas where my PC was pulling up browser windows completely on its own, and those were just websites that my browser blocked. It stopped since I've returned from the holiday but I'm still kinda sketched about it if anyone has some insight.
I went through to one of the sites and it was like a fake and really garbled microsoft website.
