Okay, so the v54 update tanked performance for a lot of people. The only real fix rn is to join the public test channel for quest, which will give you v55, which WILL solve your issue, but if you ever opt out of the PTC, it will factory reset your headset. Personally, I don't know why you'd buy a vr set if you didn't have a pc. Google cardboard and Samsung vr modules works just as good as q2 standalone 😂😂 but I guess no controllers.
