It's not a bug. It's lag at your end. Unlike most games where you stay in lobby after death until you leave. GoT kicks you from lobby on death. So any lag will cause things to not register on your end.

If you hear nothing 95% of the time the person got you good.

In that case I don't think aim was your issue. He just reacted faster.

But, the best advice I found for bettering your accuracy/surviving fights, is practicing quick aim for the first 5-10 mins of every play session. Pick areas in your bunker, up close and from distance and practice going from gun down to level aiming at the object. Making sure you are aimed and steady in target. Speed up the movement until your fairly quick at it. Keep up this practice until you are very comfortable with it and it becomes muscle memory. Add point shooting to this and to a lesser extent hip fire.

For point aim and hip fire you can go to Tabor market and practice firing guns for for free. Practicing quick aim will at a minimum help you win 25% more fights and win fights where someone got the drop on you. Sorry for the wall of text. Check some of tanvarians older yt vids he goes over these tactics.
