That's one criticism I've had with Tabor since I started playing, the recoil is WAY too snappy even with the best grips, they could really do with smoothing it out, then maybe giving the higher end grips a slight nerf, and the lower end grips a slight buff. If you claimed them BEFORE connecting your account then you just screwed yourself over. But if you did, it seems like the connection did not go through properly. Whatever way it happened, your game account was not connected before claiming so you wont get the items even though you watched the time required. You can try pleading to the mods through modmail, see if they'll pass it to CWS but I can't guarantee that will work.
