Well that is certainly new.
Usually a blank name and messed up kill distance happens when u kill-trade with a player (not exclusively but thats when it usually happens).
I never saw the distance being 0m tho, usually its a ridiculous high number insted.
Did u kill someone shortly before that happend?

Why would u report him? Its totally legit. Slugs are shooting a single pellet with high penetration insted of multiple ones. Thats why they are great on island. And he was running a saiga, so he was able to have a sight. I‘ve hit some 100m+ shots myself on island with slugs (with a benelli and a laser tho).

I already mentioned that, it seems u refuse to properly read our conversation.
First: mapknowledge. Knows the good spots, know at what spot ur visible from where and what u have vision on, be aware of possible flanks
Second: movement. Camping often requires repositioning, being able to flawlessly pull it off without being spotted and also picking a good new spot is not as easy as u might think
Third: game sense. U need game sense to know when its the right moment to strike, when to leave ur cover, when to wait a bit longer, keep ur surroundings cleared etc.
Also knowing player paths and usual player behaviour in certain situations can be helpful.
U see, there is a lot more to it then u think, and i did not even list all of it (simply due to lazyness, typing on phone sucks ass)

Edit: not even aim is a useable argument simply cuz camping on further ranges again requires aim in order of taking a foe out before being spotted, be it to muzzleflash or sound
