When it comes to comparing rifles, TTK is legitimately all that matters until you start factoring in FMJ vs AP. Ballistics are not hard to understand. 5.56 is identical to 7.62. The M4's firerate make it excel at armored targets the higher the armor is. Literally just do the math.
