There has been some confusion surrounding the new "JW3" DLC weapons. If you went to the market to try and purchase them and they showed up as out of order. This means that they are currently in your kiosk back in your bunker. We are raising the limit of each DLC gun you can have in your bunker to two. And you can buy 10 of each magazine for all of your DLC weapons. Also note that these are weapons, not skins. To make sure that the game stays fair for everyone, You will have to have the equivalent weapon unlocked for purchase in the marketplace. For example, if you have the Colt 1911, you can purchase the JW 1911. If you have the MP9, you can purchase the MPX and so on. You do also have the option of taking someone out in raid who has the weapon and placing it safely back in your on bunker. Hopefully this helps clear some things up. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them down below and enjoy the raids.
