I had five two Nikolai, three cultists and I could not find any mamba or collector forever, sold the repeats cleaning out my bunker and next raids found the collector and mamba twice, then again nothing since I had five total again, so maybe is a PVE thing they limit it.

I started playing Tabor last month and do only PVE. Now I am level 30, mainly go to Mall, watched Youtube loot location videos and go to spawn locations, but got 3 keycards and 2 flares so far.
Is this normal?

Well, I got the "hit 8 headshots from 30 meters with SMG only." Got 4/8. Difficult challenge for specter but can be fun.
I've gotten better luck using the maps Island of Tabor and Mitka Miest. So, I would recommend those if anyone has this challenge.

For the promedol, or otherwise known as "chip heals" you open the little box with your trigger with the hand that's holding the box, then your free hand pull one out of the box. Keep in mind, if you're sticking it into a part that's completely healed, it will give you considerably less heals than putting it in the actual limb that needs it. For the nerd or "Healing injector" (Long green one) while holding it, you have to remove the orange cap with your trigger (free hand) before injecting.
Keep in mind, it fully uses whatever heal every time, there's no keeping a partial

Not everyones used a autoinjector/epipen before, which is what the stims in tabor are based off. Theres three ways to heal being the promedol, little pins that heal very little. great for healing outside of emergencies. Id shove a few up your secure container
Theres NRS, the big green autoinjector, heals you for a lot but is sort of expensive, great for combat healing
Finally, the vigorx, the big blue autoinjector, has a huge cocktail of effects but the important bit for this message is that it slowly heals your entire body over its duration. Great to pop right after winning a fight you took a solid chunk of damage across your body on
