Typically not how that works. Same way you can unlink and relink, same way said person can unlink their discord from their in game account and link a new discord. Its just extra steps. Not necessarily an improved security system. 9/10 if you get Tk by someone from the discord LFG , you report them IN said discord since you know, TK is not against in game rules. At that point You already know their in game name. Black lists are pretty useful. If they were that much of a troll they’d go to the extent and make a whole new account. Not just a new discord.
