theres 2 types, quests and tasks

tasks are repeatable, usually easy ones
quests are non repeatable, slightly more complex ones

quests are in a questline
so you complete one quest, then you get a different one

Go to Quest settings > Storage > Search "Ghosts of Tabor" > Delete "App Data" (not the game itself, two different buttons)

Windows Key + R > Copy this into "Open":
