Quests were added to the game in the December wipe of 2024. they are story based and need more involvement. they are different to [Tasks](<https://got.miraheze.org/wiki/Tasks>) which let you repeat them however they do not give item rewarded.

Im actually not quite sure if thats exactly how it works. Check your reputation for them and make sure that it isnt over the maximum cause I think that can stop you from getting new quests till you sell enough stuff to them to get the level up
