A lot of people will tell you to play PVE but that doesnt teach you anything about common player spots or anything about other players. I would say do a couple of training raids and learn the layouts of the maps and locations. When you do training raids you dont lose loot if you die. when you feel like you are ready go into normal PVP raids and you will learn the game over time
