In fact last time I played I found a purple card then killed 6 players went and hid for 25 min until 9 minutes left in total raid. Anyway, a lot will depend on how you are running the game, if it's meta or steam, virtual desktop or steamlinki or airlink and such.
The issues clearly is in your PC not properly recognizing your VR the way it should. If you were running steam, I would suggest trying to switch between Oculus XR and Steam XR.

I managed to get one bullet through on a scav. Of course exactly that one time I was not recording. But it was like 20 meters, not more, and it was AP round as well. The scav was very close to the window for a change too.
Most of the rounds did not go through. There is definately something funky going on, but more testing is needed and with reliable 2 players, not just trying to get scavs lined in up in perfect conditions for a test.

Ok, looked into my archives. I 100% got Silicon Secrets after finishing Blackout Files Pt3.
However, the problems is that I suspect that some quests might have compound requirements, like they need 2 quests completed for them to be unlocked, not just one.
Unfortunately there is absolutely no way for me to test that without resetting my account 5 times and redoing all the quests, which is more than I am willing to do without getting paid full salary for it.
Before I got to that one, I had already finished a bunch of Spectre, TRH and Jiri's quests, so you will need to progress through one of those questlines. If you do find out what other quest is needed for that one, please let me know.

None of the questlines with traders can be finished alone. You need to do other trader questline. Especially TRH has most later quests locked behind Ought be Damned

No, it's a known bug. You won't be banned for bugs that happen by themselfs without you doing anything. You'll only have in-game action taken if you abuse a bug that requires you to do specifc steps. If a bug happens on accident, it's not on you. Simply report it to #🐛・bug-reports .
