basically utilize the currently unused functionality of the trigger with packed bags

I'm PVE all items you bring into your bunker get auto insured. I've gotten the items back once but haven't since. It was a collector kit. And my gas is related I believe because it isn't processing the hours after I get off. I haven't filled it myself for 2 days and it was barely full

No, I don't think there is enough even for level 4 and if there are, you will need to do a lot of other trader's quests too in order to unlock all spectre quests.

spectre is easly to level with tasks though, just gotta stack kill tasks and go perform genocide on matka miest night scavs. Also easy to sell stuff for a lot of money because all the grips and LMG suppressors are worth a ton

Do server side only updates get announced at all? Been seeing some weird behavior the last couple days that I hadn't seen before during the latest patch. Tonight had the ammo loader not accepting mags glitch recur, and separately a glitch where the ammo won't load into the loader (spills out onto the floor as if there were something blocking the top of the loader).
I took a video of each for bug reports, but just found it strange since there hasn't been any patching. Noticed some positive things too like bags getting easier to pack, although I may just be getting better with the collision system as it stands now.

So, I have a new question, it may be a me problem but I can only get the NRS to "stick" about 50% of the time. I have 30 or so stocked and thought I might have done something wrong putting them on a shelf, so I bought 5 more. Only 3 of the 5 would stick and heal me. The best way to take on scavs is distance, they're easy kills and all but their best use is as dog whistles. If you can just get around them without shooting at them or catching their attention, another player will end up catching their attention and that's the prefect opportunity to ambush that player or team.

for the quest 2 i've tried the stock and the kiwi design ones. latter was a bit nicer but ultimately the pressure on my face is just too much. gets too hot inside the headset and my longass lashes keep touching the lens. also harder to take off.
elites are more stable, but wearing them for long sessions is a pita. tbf so is the halo if not set up right, and it takes more tweaking to get right vs the elite's "just fasten it" method

No no I get it that's how bugs work but everything worked again after he died even the Stims and our gear

they have a 10% chance of going through and even if it doesn't pierce and deal 37 damage it'll still do about 5 damage blunt

also the BAR has a 45% chance to go through collector's helmet so aiming for the head can lead to a quick collector kit kill

helps with balance actually, esp with the battpack. if you haven't tried one i recommend givin the bobovr at least a try, it's a diff experience

to be fair, there exist bug exploits that may cause people to crash or lag heavily, but you can't control them to the degree written there
