That sounds like memory leak issue.
If it were global, everyone would have the issue then, but I can play for 12 hours without crash or increasing lag so does not seem its global.
I would suggest reinstalling the game and updating your GPU drivers.

Practicing in training raids and figuring out how to support your hands so that they are steady

Gunstocks help a lot, but you don't need one. Try using janky aim fix and virtual stock, and if you need it hand smoothing (although I haven't really liked that in the past)
