It's just RNG.

Actually one of the first raids with it was a bit insane.
It was in the labs third floor, next to conference room. Killed a guy on stairs. Another started shooting behind me, run to safety, another came from front of me. Hid behind cover. Healed. Took down the one coming from front who came out of doorway shooting at my position. Then second one following me rushed in, took down him. Started bleeding. Ran to laptop with like sub 20% of health bandaging myself. Used like 4 NRS in a few minutes. Came in raid with 1 myself.

interestingly, there’s a quest for pve thats just “kill 20 fenix in 4 raids” work 10k (please let me have spec5 inb4 it gets changed) so ive been running matka night raids along with the spectre quest. i average 20-25 fenix kills each map, so spec five is actually not a terrible grind.
