I think some static spawns are fucked up again. By the law of averages I should have seen at least one purple card in either of the three locations, an orange card, a gpu at the top of radio, and a gpu at research but the only spawn I have had spawn for me is the gpu in the bottom of radio. I have found 4 cards in drawers/crates and have found 5 GPU’s in that one spot. Thoughts anyone? I’m on PVE fyi

If you’ve got starter packs/dlcs most of your traders should already be at level two. My recommendation is going and trying to get specter to max level first. Then minty, then jiri. Once that’s done you’ll be set for wipe. Just have to worry about money
