I am currently on the minty quest where you need to; deliver an adventure bag with 1 rope, 1 wire spool, 3 nuts and bolts, and 3 spark plugs while killing less than 10 enemy’s on matka underground. I can’t find where to place it, except this one spot next to red with the skill issue skeletons. (It won’t let me place the bag)

You've gotta play it safe. I usually find a good spot to hide, and then sit there until it goes quiet after the raid timers end. After that, it's safe to play it safe. Find a bizon Fenix and farm it, but always watch out for whoever is doing the same as you. Go night, go suppressed, play slow and smooth, watch your back.

The med tent behind cathedral is a good area to look for bizon scavs

I have an issue in ghost of tabor where if i play alone online or offline its perfectly fine and smooth but when i join my friend and we go into a raid it becomes extremely stuttery and freezes. Anyone know the issues to this? I will also add that i doubt its ping with my friend. My friend lives about five hours away in the same country. We both live in sweden and play on the same regions. Ive also tried other games with sometimes even higher minimum requirements on specs than ghost of tabor and they often work perfectly fine with both singleplayer and sometimes multiplayer.

but really I got stuttering once when I was streaming to discord but accidentally left the discord window in focus so it was streaming the video while I was playing. Once I clicked on some other window, it solved the issue 🤷‍♂️

I also run Meta Quest 3 but I use virtual desktop through wi-fi and I do have a 3080 in my PC

Labs is the central building on Island of Tabor map. The laptop in question can be found on top floor of the building, before the large conference room. It can be easily recognized by many monitors. A Scav spawns sometimes in this room, be cautious when entering. Also this is a very congested area as many players travel there for purple cards, many campers can be encountered as well.
Once you have reached the laptop, just put the USB stick close to the laptop and it will start copying intel. Have to wait for a minute and then remove USB stick, go to extraction and survive to not fail the quest.

Well how i look at it is - Tier 1/2 is scav protection for when ur going in to mess around or do missions, tier 3 is a throwaway kit for when your not really going for much but your just checking spawns , tier 4/5 is mid kit (so when your actively trying to kill players and rush spawns but your not taking it too seriously) , tier 6 is silo / island kit and tier 7 is everything else
