It varys from what people think is a good kit, you'll get varying answers, but what I consider a good kit is a rifle with AP, a protection level 4 and up rig and helmet, adventure bag with a few NRS, bandages, food, water and extra ammo for your rifle. That's what I consider a good kit, but again, answers vary
The way people trade is simple, they agree upon what they want to trade, go into raid, trade each other the items, and extract, that's if it goes smoothly

Quest 3 just has better resolution(I have quest 3 and 2 and index VR) Other than that since the game is fully crossplay there are no gameplay changes

Depending on your PC you can link it and change graphics in game and it may be better just depends on your pc

Scavs have certain animations that players don't, plus scavs don't wear armor or backpacks, and shoot full auto guns one handed
But it's easier to tell if it's a player or scav, players and scavs have different models
It's very easy to tell the difference

A good rule of thumb with tabor is if anything is on or moved in your loadout, make sure it isn't. Loading into a level in tabor will often reset it to its default position
