i think the zarya nerfs will increase the acceptance of dva into the meta because the boosters damage isn't as large as the bubble changes
the issue is this character sits in like a hybrid spot at the moment
projectile dps that is significantly harder to get value from than certain others (zen, lucio)
effective immortality utility that is only a short cop out (Baptiste, even Ana nade in some situations tbh)
fight swinging ultimate that rewards good aim with generous positioning and increases ultimate gain (Baptiste, "Mercy", Ana)
