As per always; depends on teams, what you have, where you use them and how. You could essentially have just 25 nikke maxed out and be pretty set on all fronts, buuuut, if you do want Siren or Mihara, now is the time to get them. If unsure though, i'd use the free poulls first for 2+ weeks, then pull/ticket as a last resort. Also if you're a "collector", ofcourse different story 😄

She’s decent, she’s mostly for PvP due to there being newer and better ele units, but she can still be used in high mob situations since her burst is a whole screen atk. You could use her against bosses, but you’d rather use someone like Cindy or RH since they preform a lot better than Scarlet on single targets
