cuz depending on how much partial charge Anis has when B1 reduces her charge time to 0.7s, maybe her 3rd shot lands exactly when Blanc casts B2

but that might also require Helm cs to push Blanc faster a bit

I also don't know how much delay Blanc dmg taken has to be applied onto enemy, if it's 3 frame at 30fps or not

I've been using this in Rookie Arena for attacking into deficit and it's been working out really well; notably it lets me shrug off Siren stun without adjustment and the 3 seconds of invulnerability seems to be enough to survive until Blanc burst at least up to 30% deficit so far.

Potato sack outside of burst but with Anis in FB she delivers nukes to the whole enemy team every second which has been nice for punching up into many of these defense teams

Just saying it's got me warming up to trying to sort out one squad for Neon+Anis in SPA for hitting significantly higher sync players where all the buff stacking might be necessary instead of overkill
