Yeah I give up on trying to cook with Neon.
She's not bad, but she's just not good enough. She's like an Ein. Strong but needs support. Support which would be better paired with other even stronger units. Her only real practical usage would probably be on a PvE electric team for SR/UR but even that's pretty niche and there are alternatives.

• Blanc - indom lowest HP on B2
• Noah - invuln entire team on B2
• Biscuit - passive invuln on defenders
• Nayuta - self indom at start of battle
• Makima - self indom on HP drop
• Neon - self invuln on hit
• Trina - passive invuln on Scarlet

Practically speaking, Makima isn't useful for her indom except as P5 counter to SGs cause her actual burst sucks and B2 is heavily contested. Trina helps Scarlet buff but her short lived invuln is not really sufficient. Same with Neon, that invuln isn't long enough to be reliable. Which leaves you with 4 options.

CA needs 5 teams, meaning you will likely have to run 1-2 non-indom/invuln teams like Absolute, SG, Nero, or Noise-Trina-Scarlet-Jackal

Hey guys, am looking at the pinned sp arena teams. I wana try doing tbay or nero with TTAnisMoran, who do you think is generally better? TBay is 2LB and Nero is 0LB if that helps. Do either of them need heavy investment? Specifically i wana run this in rookie where no one is running vestiTU supported by ttanis or ada wong so i know it will work (at least for now).

on att sw is generally better as well just keep in mind sw = more delayed nuke (so she goes around noah) , lib = less delayed nuke. Lib's better for teams with biscuit + defenders since she just does one really big hit, can get around proccing biscuit's passive

I am pretty sure it's too slow, your bottleneck on burst gen is SWHA so you can't even speed the team up with cs. SWHA will die to Anis star shots before Blanc can cast
