T1 against their swha indom, you'll force a offburst indom SWHA, which can be stalled, lib 2RL nuke will be harmless as you're noah shielded
T2 indom vestiTU will wipe the floor against such a slow team, just need to hit indom
T3 again a slow enemy team, we just pumping lib with buffs and let her 1hitko whole team

ok, that is one reason, the other is that blanc burst go to the lowest hp unit at the time of her cast, if noise is the lowest at that moment she will take the burst, the "link" is the shared dmg skill from jackal that link the dmg of 2 highest units in the team+ her and spread it to the 3 units 1/3 to each unit, in this case if one of the linked units have less hp at the start it will remain that way after all the dmg they take... so is a problem of a unit that is not linked getting hit more dmg than what the link get

yes, but there is a problem with one of noise skills, she have taunt on hit so the 2 or 3 units she hit will target her in any position she is, and if one of those enemies is a RL, those can get extra hits against more of your units making them get more burst gen and fill the bar faster so... you can make the enemy team faster in that case, but if they don't use a indom comp it doesn't matter

Slower blanc teams with rapid fire units do tend to win against other faster blanc teams with slower fire rate units
