Math in Arena is very different to PvE. We looks at a kits, we look at specific dmg they deal in a specific time frame. We don't need to math their overall dmg.

That's why Scarlet is meta. And Libby is ultra strong dps. While Rapipi is pepega.

Take Neon for example. Her first burst is very strong, unless dispel by Rosa.

Her is worse on single target comparing to a winter unit because her stronger burst is only 1 every 4 burst and her dmg only higher than most unit in that single burst but it doesn't matter because overall dmg math.

But she probably could hit all with that same among of dmg. That make her strong enough in Arena to wipe everything so long as she could hit all and indom. But burst gen bad, so she mid, unless we could have a use for her invulnerable.

So we are back to math is not needed we could see it upfont that Neon has tons of buff in her one burst. What we worry about is the Burst gen and if she hit all.

I got tripped by his Vesti absolute team because I didn't build team for that. His Absolute team was very early usage and dominated for that 2 season. Then every one learned to make team that counter Absolute and he started to flop.

Losing to him was the reason my ReiT never used again. I remembered trying to bring back reiT for 1 season and bam, one shot.

Yeah, the first CA was in 10 April last year. Siren released at 24 April. And start screwing Moran p1 up from CA#3. People put Nero to p1 to negate that but lose to Scar counter. that was when Mana became meta.
