if you pop neon upon entering (e.g. if she's in p1 or p5) she won't tank it
if you pop neon in p2-p3-p4 with other class weapons (splash or similar) she pops it at around 4:58, then she has 3 seconds, she can likely be still in time to tank it, but any damage can pop it so i don't think it's gonna be consistently reliable
