BURST GEN EXPLANATION

take this example:

the whole team produces a total of 86% needed burst gen to hit 2RL, so they can't burst in 2RL
the whole team produces 96% to hit 2.5RL, so they again don't hit 2.5RL burst
the whole team produces plenty for 3RL although, it means after a total of 3 times rocket launchers have shot, you'll be bursting

it means your team will burst after, for example, biscuit fired 3 times

here is a team that bursts in 2RL, e.g. after 2 times jackal has shot her 2 rockets

here is a team that bursts on 4RL, e.g. after 4 times noah has shot 4 rockets

the RL is a number the team shares, so it doesn't matter if you've 2 or 3 rocket launchers

your slowest RL unit will also generally dictate when you burst

say you've noah biscuit and jackal, if noah is the slowest (charge speed%) you'll burst once noah landed her rocket

for reference, column 2RL, shows from best to worse batteries commonly used in game:

an helmT alone will produce for each shot around 39% of your burst gen bar, while an ada will produce only 11% of your burst gen bar per shot

I see. So correct me if i'm wrong, the number next to rl the amount of rocket shots it takes for the team to reach full burst. And averaging out these using burst gen calculator it would take 3 rounds of shooting to reach full burst

ye, to followup on the example, let's now replace biscuit for a clip RL unit (a battery), now you'll produce enough burst gen in 2 shoots to hit burst 1RL earlier

meaning the team above no longer needs each RL unit to shoot 3 rockets, but only 2

this is important in most teams, as speed is a huge factor of win or lose

keep in mind you still need to account for positioning, synergy, counters and meta

CP ultimately still plays a huge factor, because a very strong meta team is worth nothing if you're gapped

these units should generally be more than enough to cover all of your needs

if you missing any of them, anis can be a workaround but don't commit too hard on her, you'll sub her soon enough

utilities can be kept for the most part 4/4/4 SR5 4OL

If your priority is the gems, I believe you made the correct choice investing in PvP instead of pve. The only gem source in pve is solo raid. You get the same 6k gems you would get in PvP if in top ranks but top solo raid ranks are harder to get than top PvP ranks.

The latest GPU, best in market, is a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 509. It costs 32k Reais here. Just so you can have an idea, the monthly salary in Brazil is 1.800

doesnt explictly say. I think its her skills which says she increases her maxHP if she doesnt shoot for 1.8s, which only happens when u reload (or manual her in pvE). Not that big a deal imo

pretty sure that's not how it works, her s2 gives her max hp for 1.8s when she hits the target, but all "max hp" buffs also increase your current hp by the same amount until they run out, without green numbers appearing btw, so when noise does her first shot you not perceiving any change in her hp bar because she gets that buff and increases her current and max hp. And when she doesn't shoot for 1.8s and loses her s2 - her current hp stays the same but max hp reduces, which causes it to look like she healed, because her max hp bar became small relatively to her current hp.

it's the same with Moran, when she drops to 20% hp and triggers s1 - she increases her max hp by 91% but also increases her current hp by 91% of her max hp, and if she doesn't drop to 20% hp again and lose any stage of s1 it looks like she healed, but all that happened is that her max hp bar became smaller.
