Though then again now that I think about it, in the past when I could hold C3 without anyone able to hit me, I too would usually not hit C2 or C1, but it was more because I knew I couldn't beat them so wanted to save tickets for defending. But my main rival has the highest synchro and cp, and I'm the only one able to counter his defense, so he doesn't really need to worry about anyone else.

you can try the nayuta + ross approach, it adds nayuta dmg to the equation and may deny noise saving them, as nayuta applies before noah shield is applied
