Quick treasure recommendations:

Privaty - YES
Her treasure makes her a meta B3 nuker in case you need another AoE wipe unit. Big for SP Arena, maybe for CA if you really need another nuker. Keep in mind that it's a slightly delayed nuke. While the multiplier is much higher now, it's not Cindy/Liberalio level so you'll need to either run buffers or stack your team with AoE units who can help kill during the 3s stun like Emilia, Laplace+, VestiT, SWHA, etc though the latter two are worth running in their own teams.

Moran - YES
Her B1 now gives a team wide atk buff. As if she wasn't already strong, she now helps her team offensively as well as herself offensively. Run her pretty much in the same teams you've always ran her in, they just are now a bit stronger.

Centi - NO
Do NOT treasure Centi, you will brick her for PvP Remember how treasuring Poli sounded good until we realized her shield gives the opponent an extra hit target and therefore extra burst gen? Same thing here, except because the shield applies to all your allies, you can't even run Centi in P5. This effect also unlocks with the second treasure but it's easy to forget and continue upgrading her, so please just don't do this.

Zwei - Meh
She didn't really have a place before in PvP, she still doesn't have one after. Maybe in the future if we have a Pierce meta AoE unit, but not right now.
