nah, can be anywhere, it depends on siren position, because p3 p4 p5 siren will stun enemy p1 no matter what, unless they use fivehead setups and put noah at p5 with siren at p4 or something, so that your noah at p2 gets taunted by their noah at p5 and force you to shoot at p4 p5, which causes siren to aggro on noah, but that's still doesn't work against properly setup p1 noise+p2 noah with noise taunt prio*

the thing with siren is that your p1 is not siren weak as long as you're 2RL B1

if you've a 2.5RL or slower team, your p1 will be stunned even if it's a B1

the other thing with lib is that a 2RL lib can be caught by a 2RL or 3RL noah

you coud run that team 3RL or 3.5RL and still catch lib, i'm assuming they're 2.5RL at your synchro with basic CS% invest

if you wanna play it safe you can lower your burst speed to 2.5RL

might be very tight, but extra cp and less deficit could help, you dont need noah there and you will be slower, but they will get stalled at b2 while you nuke their noah, considering how much you dealt to others - rumani and helm probably dead too, so it leaves you to clear moran+cindy with little to no dmg

My opponent decided to use her after he realized I was using cindy. So now to counter it I figured I could use rossana since he replaced his rapunzel for label so if rossana can kill 2 of his attackers I can clean up shop

rosanna remove buff of the 2 highest atk units in the enemy team, so they don't have label dmg reduction in 2 units, if you use a nuke team you can just kill the other units later, but are easier ways to counter rosanna or label (just use a different element)
