i recently found out with blood that 5%CS ensures 2RL over 4%CS, albeit it's just a (few) frame slower, so you go from 2RL to 2.2RL

not sure how accurate/inaccurate that is, but if you wanna go at it with some sort of ensurance, get 5%CS or higher

nikke.neck is probably accurate, because iirc 5-8%CS on this team is definitely 2RL, or at least in time for B2 to land, which is what you want (noah)
