keep shifting them around and running strong archetypes with small variations and you may throw him off at least for a few attacks

no burst action happens immediately, they usually take 0.1s to activate, and in situation where you both have same exact speed - Moran is in advantage because all she need is to press the button, but soda needs to press the button and wait until stun lands(and iirc it's even slightly longer than 0.1).
Exactly same principle as in when people check on nikke.top if siren will stun b2 or not, when dot is exactly on the line of siren stun, b2 action happens because graph shows when button press happens, not when effect is applied, so b2 goes off > gets stunned> and slightly after b2 effect effect is applied, but siren couldn't stop anything there
