when you're short of units, SR and R units can actually fill slots for burst gen

especially neon and anis

make good use also of clip SGs to fill burst gen and get at least 3RL teams

it's a common strategy for deficit whale teams to stack HP+ effects, because it makes it even harder for underdogs to beat those teams
