You wanted 15% cs at least for good improvement in burst gen. 8-11% is okay-good amount to not be too slow when opponents has CS.
Ele is good against wind units like Noah. But this depend on opponent to put them out for you to kill before burst. Nayuta is immortal for 9 sec anyway.
Crit is good for her normal dmg before burst. Up to 8 crit 4 atk possibly if you played her with absolute.
