t1 - positioning just wrong, you lose siren - you cooked. For this team it wouldn't make you completely safe but placing nayuta in p1 and siren in p2 is still preferable over just selling yourself to the enemy, at least nayuta can stand through stun despite not allowing you to burst if she gets stunned, also you probably would prefer to burst with vesti there, but not sure about your invest on her.
t3 - also stun weak, your best bet here is to just change placing to rumani/noah/lib/bisc/anis, if they would want to stun your noah they would be able even in that order but at least you not presenting it to them on the silver platter by placing noah in p1

about the vesti vs swha, vesti got less investment since she's the newest unit i got, SWHA 40.331 CP, SR10, 9/8/9, OL on head and hand. meanwhile VestiTU only 28.433 CP, R0, 7/7/7 OL on head
about the t3, if rumani is stunned then the burst wouldn't started at all right? I was thinking if noah stunned then my team still can burst. but if it's better to sacrifice the burst then I'll swap too >.<

*in t1 burst with sw for now, you can try swapping position to vesti maybe a few times if you anyway gonna get moved by some randos, but i doubt it's going to change much
siren has exact timing of when she throws her stun, it's not tied to the her burst or anything like that, it's just based on amount of shots she does and that obviously always happens at the same time, soo knowing that you can be sure that at 2rl speed your burst 1 just happens earlier than her stun

then specific units can benefit from specific skill invest and OLs

you can check prydwen for that to get a general idea for most recent units

as for scarlet... honestly i'd advise you first go with what i told you, she's not weak but she's well known now and her defense output as such is generally easily dealt with

having vestiTU and SWHA built first will help you more than having scarlet built

SWHA burst can be 7-8, it doesn't give much besides attack damage, but you would use her in campaign so might be worth it to do 10, depends on your resources

as for having a CA team, CA is for the most part about RNG and invest, since the mode doesn't really give you any reward, don't bother investing in CA specific units and just roll with what you've until you're comfy

campaign meta units in priority usually, then 3 teams for pvp if you have spare resources to work on them, when it's done work on everyone else for solo raid/ca

ahh icic. I think I've done decent with campaign only units such as crown and RRH for now, I'll build double pvp campaign unit such as SWHA and VestiTU, and maybe Nayuta Siren. they still weak.
