What do the percentage values mean in team planners? Is that the charge bar gain of the team per 1RL?

taking this as example (see SS), team is 2RL, produces 169% of what is needed to 2RL, meaning they've actually extra 69% to the next threshold, they only lack 31% to be 1RL which can be provided by enemy feed

below the number you can see bullet count and feed %, this team produces 7% at 2RL timeframe for the enemy team assuming they've jackal to benefit from it

taking for example an enemy team such as nero moran with mana variation, they'd feed enough for that team to be promoted to 1RL

as you can see they produce 32% (rounded) feed at 2RL timeframe

it depends, usually you can expect 1RL to be half the value of 2RL but SWHA shot timing is a bit off so it's not quite that simple

1RL shouldn't be considered reliable as of yet, and it's probably a good thing it stays that way
