Functionally, 8/11/15/18/21/23% cs all work the “same” as 2.5RL

Simply implies that more cs% means bursting faster than 3RL but still slower than 2RL.

The “2.5RL” marker is better defined as the speed where your B1 activates before the opponent B3 happens
