well she was built for PVP cause of her kit

and since shes Collab so if you missed her you lost 1 viable pvp option

• delayed nuke which can be lethal on double buff
• clip RL burst gen tier (one of the fastest in the game)

the downside is that she is a water code unit and arena is manly elec code

helm treasure is basically the best pvp unit in the game outside of maybe emilia, who is limited/colab

with helmT and Jackal alone you are 3RL, a moderate burst speed

she's your best investment from a pvp + pve standpoint, and should be top priority

if you have Jackal and Noah they could also be built to OK standard and would serve you well

CP matters a lot in pvp, if opponent can gap you it can render any meta team completely useless

you can find out if you're in penalty by multiplying enemy CP for 0.846, if your team CP is higher than that, you've no penalty
