you're fighting a bit hand tied, as you can't use properly your batteries without killing your burst gen, as you're forced to keep CP high to not be hit by penalty.

getting yourself better invested pvp units or getting helm treasured would make a lot of things easier

for the most part it's already correct

what you can do is force a rumani + cindy invulnerable, which could let you survive some of the archetypes

the second case aims something similar, although you don't have target skip

i used to run cindy p1 for 4-5 seasons, that team ironically had the highest win ratio of all of my teams

not the scar, thats the clip the reply thread was based on... based on dmg taken, max hp, and heals/hp buffs, i assumed nero moran is tanky enough to tank no buff lib nuke, shes needs blanc there but no additional buff is needed to nuke, at least for most sync lv

yeah thats why i think she does have a relatively relevent niche despite the bad delay, still wont be for spa def cuz those are actual metas, should still be enough to fine use in spa atk esp when suffering deficit and nuke thru stuff, ill see if i can cook further once i decide on her build
her 2 regular shot after entering fb should also 2 tap almost anyone unprotected, it seems useless for most cases where she dont wanna be bursting, but shes SR, thus can rip p5, hardest hitting offburst sr, ig it can has niche use.
for that to function at best... can time her 2nd shot right after fb, deals like approximately 70%(not account non-blanc/non-nerf-based team buff) of rh burst dmg (and similar if on-burst) during first 2 second if timed, we might have an optimal range of cs based on that, team cs dependent tho
