• your scarlet is short of ammo to properly be threatening during indom, but that's a detail you can keep if you want to retain scarlet immunity to siren

• if blanc and scarlet or RH aren't maxed, fix those and you may still be lethal already to wipe everyone minus invulnerable units via biscuit as scarlet

note: quantum lvl 7 needed on jackal, emilia and trina to ensure you're promoted to 2RL via 10% feed from enemy rifle (on 92%)

i mean, if you want to min-max a unit, those that have uses for pve and pvp are better than pvp only
most of pve units are fine with elemental dmg + some atk lines and you don't need to get a good OL for supports (unless you need cp for campaign) pvp is more about the cp you get depending the people you fight... so you want good effects in a good cp range for all your units and if you build units that have uses for pve... you must think about what effects they need (if you want to use them there)

Who owns nikke.work? I wonder why the burst gauge -> b1 duration marked as 26f . Unless something changed regarding this in the past few months, with my testing it was always "even 30fps frame" burst activation. In the scope of the 60fps numbers, it means "after burst fill, add 24f, and round up to nearest multiple of 4". So if burst fills at 176f, then b1 is at 200f. If burst fills at 174f, then b1 is also 200f.

I was thinking:
rumani, cindy, blanc, biscuit, mihara

that lineup risks having cindy dead to splashers

blanc midhara biscuit rumani cindy is generally prefered

midhara needs to be in a position that is exposed and ensures she's dead, either to helmT or to any pressure

blanc needs to be p1 to make enemy stuck hitting p1 over any other position, especially to prevent vestiTU and emilia

as for p5, it can be rumani or cindy, to prevent SGs
